I consider my home to be Calistoga. I feel like Calistoga is my home because everyone knows me and I can do what ever I want. Also all the people that I care about are in Calistoga. Like all my friends, and family. It is a small boring town but it’s a place where I can relax and that’s what home is for. I’m pretty sure that if I lived in a big city I would not call it my home. I have lived in Calistoga all my life, I am so used to being there that it has become my home.

  1. lots of us are from small boring towns, so we can relate. up north, in Clearlake, the only thing to do is drive thirty miles just to go see a movie. anyways, i agree, home is a place to relax, and that is its main purpose. but i think you can still have a home in a big city, its just not as easy.

  3. Small towns are like that. Everybody knows everything about everybody’s business! It’s cool sometimes because then it’s like you have a huge family. Other times it gets very annoying having all those people all up in your business! I lived in Cloverdale for 8 years and it’s very small there!
